I booked a ticket through redbus and got a ticket from you to travel by ganesh travels from Shriperumbuudur to coimbatore on 15th may 2019 and reached us late by 3 to 4. Hours the bus came to sriperumbudur got break down and failed to carry us to my destinations they ganapthu travels left us in the road not made any altrertnate arrangements to move us. I've cancelled a ticket worth Rs.1420 on 15th march. Did not get refund of Rs 1000 as per their policy, its been 2 months already !!! how much time do thy need to refund my amount 🙄🤔
