[Resolved] Redbus — bus cancelled did not receive refund as promised | |
I booked bus from bangalore to karwar through red bus. Travels: paulo travels; travel date: march 22, 2020, seat number 11. Name suvarna gaonkar, 30 female. Fare - rs 750.00. Later when i called the operator i was told that the bus is cancelled. I have even received the message that the bus is cancelled and they said they will refund me the amount back to my account. I made the payment via credit card. I didn't receive the refund yet. Please refund the money - total - rs 750. It's been more than 2 weeks now Was this information helpful? | |
