[Resolved] Redbus — bus fare ticket will be debited

This is very harrasing issue facing woth redbus, i have booked the ticket from chennai to tirunelveli through red bus while booking the tickets i have selected the date of 6th april due to their technical problem the amount worth rs.650 has been deducted from account but the booked ticket is not confirmed please revert my money back as soon as possible.

Booked id is not mentioned as they get my money through ecom at payu.

And once again i booked the ticket it is confirmed so they made another payment for me.
