I booked 2 tickets from Indore to Guna
For 28 Jun 9:45 from Indore,

I got the call from has trave office that your 9:45 bus has been cancelled. If you still wants to travel you can book tickets on another busy that would be departure at 9:15 from the same location you have to collect ticke from the office. I said ok,
After some time I got the message from Hans travel that "your phone booking is done please collect tickets to avoid auto cancel"

When I reached to the office they asked me money for the new ticket and said you will get refund for you Redbus booking.
I was in hurry because my bus timing via reschedule to 45 minutes earlier.
But will without westing any time contact to resdbus support team and said everything about the bus cancellation and ask for refund.
After there confirmation I give money and take hard ticket.
Her you can check the number is same but they pic second passenger name "Bhavishya" my husband name's
I didn't see this thing at the time of collecting tickets because bus about to departure.

I want my refund ant any cost.
