[Resolved] Redbus — Bus operator cancelled their bus | |||
My name is raj kumar i booked a bus ticket from faizabad to delhi through redbus.in website on 06th august 2020 my ticket no. Is tp[protected] and mail id [protected]@gmail.com. But the bus (Unique tour and travels) Can't arrived the boardind point. We wait 5hours but no response from bus operator and their mob phone swich off. Unfortunately we back to my home. We try many times to contact him but no response. And we have paid ticket fare 1627/- rs. So i want to refund my money from redbus company to my account.
