[Resolved] Redbus — Bus operator not providing the service within the time | |
I had book my seat but bus not arrived within 2 hours, i had trying with bus operator even red bus customer care also try to contact with the bus operator (Hans Travels) but no response received. Even after booking the no confirmation message has been not received from bus operator.After long waiting time 2.30 hours, i had filed complaint for the refund but refund not received of the amount of Rs.1300/-.I want my refund because bus operator not provide the service within time of the service.
