[Resolved] Redbus — bus service and customer care service | |
Booked bus ticket through red bus for trip from bangalore to chennai on 3rd june 2017. Bus a/c facility was not good. Too much cold and there is no a/c controller available. Bus delayed pick up for 2 hours and there was no reason provided and no prior information provided on delay. Stranded in bus stop for 2 hours. Bus got broke down in the middle of nowhere and alternative arrangements. 1.5 hrs for repair has been taken. Arrival time for destination was at 4:30 pm but arrived at 7:30 pm. After this getting taxi was very much trouble and paid double the amount from usual rate as it was peak time at 7:30 pm for uber and also huge traffic. Even after giving bad rating redbus didn't call back to know what was the issue. Was this information helpful? | |
