[Resolved] Redbus — Bus ticket issue red bus app sometimes saving to cvv number | |||||
Hi red bus team, Customer service tell to wrong information. [protected] booking the tickets to red bus mobile app on that day booking one ticket to gagana travels on that time saving the credit card number.. That good. After then gust i checking the price to diwakar travels on that don't ask any cvv and automatic fill the textbox and automatic ticket generated.. 1) saving the cvv number 2) automatic submit button without submit ticket generated. On that time calling to red bus customer care. I am telling these thing that guy told me your money return with 7 working day. 3) still my money not refunded. 4) still i am generate the 8 complaint tickets without my information after one day ticket closed. 5) 20 times calling to red bus customer care. 6) 20th may one guy giving to wrong reference id :[protected] money return with 7days util wait 28th again calling to red bus sir u can wait untill 31st.. 7) today tell me simple that is wrong information. 8) that money not refunded.
