Redbus — Bus was canceled by operator request to refund the amount

I booked a ticket on 29-05-26 for journey on 30-05-26 from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad by Royal express 4pm from Baramunda bus location - 3 sleeper tickets wide Ticket. No. TV6U36080144, PNR.No 15998YU, but buss was canceled by operator, and we need to have refund the total amount, my UPI transaction ID No.[protected], could you please refund the amount as quick as possible, and I booked through Red bus app I forgot the enter phone number and mail id at the time of ticket booking.
