[Resolved] Redbus — Bus was cancelled and not informed to us due to that we have to face loss | |
Booked two tickets using redbus on ksa travels, for travel on june 5, 2017 From our place to boarding place 20 km we have traveled in auto. When we reached the boarding place, they are informing us that bus has been cancelled. From boarding place to destination place is around 650 km And there is no bus seat was there that day. We have traveled back to our home and took next day leave and travelled in another No arrangement where made for us due to that, we have to face lose of rs 1000 for auto and rs 2000 for salary +booked two ticket worth rs 1600 the next day. But as per MSRTC officer no bus is available during this timings.
We have waited for more than 2 hours and we did not got the bus.
ultimately we have to travel by different bus.
