[Resolved] Redbus — cancellation of ticket | |
I booked a ticket in sethi yatra travels from jaipur to lucknow on 25th may, 2019. I accidentally booked two tickets under same name, no chance of lying later or the seat belonging to some one else. I then tried to cancel it, however the policy said it can be cancelled before 11 am of that date which can't be logically possible as the timing of bus was 9 pm itself. Again while online cancellation, it asked to call the bus operator, which i did. I asked him to cancel it and explained the situation. He not even cancelled my seat but moreover sold it to some other passenger, whicbwas not ethical. If in any case you are not cancelling the ticket how could you sell it to someone else without my permission. Shameless person, bad experience, poor service.
