[Resolved] Redbus — cancellation of ticket | |||
Hi, I have booked tickets for the date 25 oct 2019. Due to an emergency, i couldn't travel on the specified date. Now when i'm cancelling the ticket from the app, they say contact operator and when i contacted operator, he says it's not in their hands. I also reached out to redbus customer care executive, they say they can't help cancelling the ticket. This is too bad. Redbus should consider passengers conveniences.
