Hi redbus team, I am vamsi krishna who is victim of your fradulant services received from your company i have booked a journey ticket from bangalore to hyderabad on 5th august 2018 and cancelled due to emergency i was informed that amount would return to my account within 7working days it being more than a month a no resolution has been provided i spite of sending mails and calling to customer one of pathetic service center where i called for help and kept on hold for 20 min and disconnected without any information. Amount of 400 to be reverted amount might be less but wat it being a corporate u do such mistakes a shame on ur service near future i definitely would never recommend anyone and will never use your services again i'll take this to maximize the extent from my end to possible.
