Redbus — cancellation two days before no refund | |
I had booked 3 tickets to shirdi from bengaluru on 4th december. Today 23rd december i tried cancellation and the app says not possible and customer care has given a complaint no. And revert will be 24 hrs. But the policy before booking was 85% refund upto 2days before journey is applicable. Today the red bus customer care says there's no cancellation available.

I cancelled my trip from Nainital to Delhi journey dated 24th november 2018. There was an offer of 100% refund on my bus operator that was Himachal Holidays. But I did not get any refund amount. My Trip id was TMC[protected]. Kindly resolve the issue and refund the amount back to my account.

As per the above msg refund ₹238 has not been made its been over 10 days, I request to please into this matter soon
