[Resolved] Redbus — cheating by providing false details | |
Date of incident : 14/02/2018 Travelling from : ANGAMALY - BANGALORE Ticket Number : TM3E76660050 PNR no: TS[protected]KKOL/295282/KANJIRAPPALLY-BLR Me and My husband booked ticket via Redbus, the bus operators was KERALA LINES. The bus type which was mentioned in redbus was "Scania Multi axle". We expecially searched for "Scania" bus and booked by paying an amount of 2100INR. How-ever we got cheated and the bus type which came was old model VOLVO. The bus condition was very bad, too noisy. The journey was not at all comfortable. If this was the condition, we had many other options to book for the journey. We wont have opted for this bus, since its expensive. There are many other VOLVO buses available for cheaper price or KSRTC bus even. I have attached the snapshots stating these. Also you can see the bus number which I got as message is same as in image. Was this information helpful? | |
