I had booked a ticket bangalore-mangalore this was cancelled on the 12th of nov and i received an e mail with refund details ticket number TGC[protected] .Its been nearly a month and every time they say transfer done and bank would take 7 days for the refund, i dont understand why would a bank take 7 days to credit the amount . This is pure nn sense, i raised the issue yesterday and received an email with the same says refund done and bank would take 7 days to credit the amount to my account, i need to know which transfer takes 7 days . Finally i followed below procedure with 3 days my money got refunded.

Fill the feed back form which is in redbus.com
And raise a complaint at redbus.com phone support & Take complaint number
Take all emails replies from Redbus.com & note the names to whom you speak.
With all these the evidences log complaint At http://www.core.nic.in
But keep on send emails to redbus.com email ids, do not stop.
