The charger socket is not not working, but that is small issue the sec and big isssue in which water is leaking from ac so that couldn't sleep that night. What benefits are there to travel with Patel tours travels after charging high prices of tickets. Is this a kind of service you provide to your customers. Very bad experience. I had booked from Bangalore to gadag on Jun 2. My transaction ID is S1906011515197386977360 made via phone pe. Money got deducted 715 rs. But ticket didn't received. So red bus said it will be credited 5 working days, , now it is been 11 days, I am going for lawyer now, my phone number is [protected]
