[Resolved] Redbus — Complaint for refund | |
Worst ever i have been using this app for years but when ocurred with problem they just delay to resolve, i booked tickect for a bus which didnt arrive for hours, the driver reported the rto had booked the bus for some issues, which wasn't gonna resolve, and as a result i booked my ticket from redbus itself with same name, and when asked for refund they say i travelled from both bus at same time... Worst app... So never do bookings... I think paytm would be more better Was this information helpful? | |
