Redbus — customer care service pathetic

i booked redbus ticked on 4th july for my travel from fatehnagar to jaipur money was debited twice in the name of pilani soft labs and redbus means i was charged twice for same seat no. now they are not refunding my money . i called their customer care no. today i got such a pathetic service today i never dreamed about they were continously changing my caller number that was very frustrating i started as caller no. 4 then 7 then 10 then 33 then 28 then 20 then 23 i got so much frustrated that i hung up. these people deserve lot of beating from law. am gonna sue these people please guide me on this. date of incident 4th july customer care number [protected] i want refund + fine to be imposed on redbus for mental harassment Ticket no: TH7Z23363893 PNR no:[protected] Transaction details as recieved by me with time of debiting : Dear Customer, Thank you for using ICICI Bank credit card.
