Redbus — Decline to refund

I booked a ticket on 03.05.2026 through RedBus from Jaggampeta to Hyderabad with Mahi Travels. However, the information provided by RedBus was incorrect, including the bus live location, which was also inaccurate.

I contacted the driver using the details provided in the app, but they informed me that they had not received my booking details. I attempted to contact RedBus customer support multiple times, but I was unable to connect.

Due to the uncertainty, I booked another ticket on RedBus with Varahi Travels. Later, the Mahi Travels bus arrived and picked me up, but by then I had already incurred an additional expense.

As a result, I suffered a financial loss of ?2, 938. When I raised this issue with the RedBus executive, they declined to process any refund and did not properly listen to my concern or verify the details.
