[Resolved] Redbus — Deducted fund 2 times for single booking , I need refund | |
Team red bus I am Anseena Anees .I have made a booking on December 1 st 2020 from kollam to kannur and I have done the payment through phone pe and first it got failed and again I tried via PhonePe but redBus shown it has not booked, then I made again via debit card and got booked . But redBus took my money 2 times for the single booking. . They deducted money via PhonePe and also via card . Kindly refund my money 630 Rs . I am enclosing my Bank statement and booking proof .
