[Resolved] Redbus — denying to cancel the bus ticket. as everything lockdown due to coronavirus | |||
I want to cancel my ticket no tp[protected] ahmadabad to dwarika on dated 19.03.2020. Due to corona out break i want to cancel my ticket but red bus and paavan travel both are denying to cancel the ticket. Please help me to get the refund. This situation is due to emergency of corronavirus and operators should help rather than looting in this type of emergency. Unfortunately, the calls went unanswered. We hereby inform you that a complete refund for the booking has been initiated. The refund shall be processed to the source account once the date of Journey is over and will be reflecting in your source account within the next 5-7 bank working days as per the standard banking procedures.
