I have booked ticket from chennai to velankanni in parveen travels through redbus . in the beginning i have given wrong mobile number but after that through chat option i have changed my correct mobile number.they also accepted and changed the mobile number but they didn't convey this message to parveen travels . and i also given my mail id but i didn't get any message from parveen travels or from redbus.com about the departure place.because of this miscommunication i have missed my bus.i didn't expect this kind of service from redbus.com hereafter i won't book my bus ticket through redbus.com.

Hello,

I had booked a ticket on 12th of October and cancelled it immediately but I haven't received my refund yet. Iam really disappointed by your service. First of all, more than 50% of the actual amount is the cancellation fee over that you guys don't even refund the amount back on time. Please do the needful
