[Resolved] Redbus — due to break down of shyamali bus parivahan | |||
I online booked 02 tickets from asansol to kolkata on 11/5/2018 bus departure from asansol 15.00 pm my seat nos. Were 29, 30. Ticket id 63mevaxv. Bus started timely but before palsit toll point a severe break down occurred and the bus staff dropped all the passengers without any arrangement to drop us upto kolkata. I have to bear almost double dare to reach my destination. Why no arrangement was not done by transport operator for such occurance we argued but they told they are helpless.
