Hi,

I booked tickets from redBus app from the user Id : [protected]@gmail.com.
The ticket no.s are : TN[protected] & TN[protected]
I have attached the screenshots of the ticket details for your reference.

When I was searching for the buses available from siliguri to Kolkata for the date 20th July 2019, they showed Royal Cruiser timed 7.00PM with sleeper seats costing Rs. 1210. After I booked 9 tickets for the same the price remained same but it showed 2+2 AC seater, instead of sleeper. When I checked afterwards I saw the price for the bus allocated for my ticket costs 953. That means I faced loss of Rs. 257 for each of the 9 tickets I.e Rs.2313. Other than this, me and my family members had a horrible experience. The seats were horrible, the driving was horrible . Nobody could remain seated because of the rash driving.

Please look into the matter ASAP. And I want my refund back.

We checked on your complaint with concerned team. We would like to inform you that fares displayed on our portal is completely operator dependent. Fare policy solely depends upon bus operator's demand and availability. We would like to inform you that at the time of booking ticket fare was Rs 1210 only and same was charged from you. Later the fare was changed at operator's end to Rs 952. We hope this clarifies.

We have also passed along your feedback regarding the seats with bus operator on serious note. We offer our sincerest apologies for hassle. We promise to serve you better going forward.

Redbus transaction reference:[protected].
I was assuming redbus gives good customer service. But unfortunately not happening.
I have booked ticket on 9th nov 2020 through redbus kukkeshree travels from chennai to bangalore. I didn't received any SMS or email confirmation on ticket booking.
I saw in redbus app as transaction failed on 9th nov . But amount got debited Rs.1528 .I called the icici bank they said transaction is successful with reference number:[protected] on 10th nov. As ticket didn't
received I did not travel. My bank has asked to check for refund with redbus.
The reference number shared is merchant claim number, hence requesting you to investigate and help me on my refund.

Hello this is my ticket details. we had a booking from Gorakhpur to Mumbai. Bus operator dropped my family at Indore and saying we have a halt of 6 hours. But while booking nothing was mentioned. I called at bus operators along with red bus customer care but I haven't got any help. We have to do waiting around 6 hours. Either that information should be given prior before booking then would have done any other source to book. Red bus customer care saying because of maintenance it is stopped but bus operator saying they have a halt. Where the halt is given there is no facility provided by bus operators.
6k we are spending not for that. Help me asap
