[Resolved] Redbus — have booked my bus via tez app in redbus | |||||
I have booked a bus ride from hyderabad to pune on 14april-18 via tez app and the amount has been deducted but it didnt book the ticket.. When i called the redbus suport team they said it would be refunded to my account but it has not been done.. Its more than 15 days now and still no refund.. I have checked tez app too but there is no refund.. This issue is lodged many times i suppose from people.. I am a regular traveller via redbus but this time it has ditched me. Also the tez app seems to be a fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||||
