I booked ticket from thirupattur (Sivagangai) to chennai on 23rd may 2020. Due to covid 19 i got information that the bus got cancelled. Still i have-not received any email from redbus regarding refund. Instead i am receiving the mail aking about travel experience. Kindly check it out and i request u to send the refund.
