[Resolved] Redbus — I am complaining about refund amount regarding ticket cancellation done on[protected] | |||||
I am rachana modala i have booked a ticket with booking id - TN3C81653695 from nandyal to tirupati in the names of lohith, narasimha in the red bus but later i cancelled the ticket on[protected] it has been nearly four days that I have done this process but there is no update regarding my refund status but the app shows the refund will be processed soon. I didn't not expect this because it is taking too longer than expected without no update to customer. So kindly process my request as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
