[Resolved]  Redbus — I didn't got my refund

Sir i am having issue related to refund as when i booked my bus dated on 11 nov morning.i got a message of cancellation from red bus at afternoon.As per the message i rebooked my bus for 13 from make my trip.So i didn't get any refund for my trip cancellation .I also got a confirmation message on 13 morning but as i had already bookes my tickets from another website i want my refund back.And i tried to call on the customer number provided by red bus site but call can't be connected.please help me out
