[Resolved] Redbus — I have complained many times regarding my refund but still it is not resolved | |
I have booked a msrtc bus ticket through rebus for 8th of november 2018 from pune to barshi. Bus should come to the boarding point on 8.35am but we have waited for 1 and half hour on the boarding point but the bus wasn't come and there is no notification call received from the transport. So we have boarded our private transport by paying 500 for each person and went to the barshi. When i complained they told me to meet swargate bus stand. So i went to swargate but they are telling me go here and there and provided one contact number to me which is not working. So this is really frustrating for me. I want you to consider my complaint try to resolve it on priority. I am really frustrated the way redbus and msrtc service. Was this information helpful? | |
