[Resolved] Redbus — i'm complaining about redbus app | |
I booked a ticket through your redbus from chennai to karur at (10.9.2020) thursday night. But i recieved a message from your redbus app the bus was cancelled today at 8.35 pm. So, i try your help line number but it couldn't connect. After that i call the number given by tnstc one officer pick up the call and said me you just complaint to higher officials.in you that critical i took another bus for travelling after 9.30 pm the ticket booked bus conductor called me and said the bus arrived. I don't know waht i do in that critical situation. I trust your redbus app and i trust your message (Information). But i lost my money. So please help me and refund my money.
