[Resolved]  Redbus — inconvenience in journey

This is regarding my journey from pune to bhopal in sky bus service on 2nd november pnr[protected]
Red bus site did not verify the operators for thr basic purpose they do. Let me make it clear to you with the following points:
1. The bus conductor and driver were not aware of the route and it is a long route i don’t believe we need google maps to guide a driver for the route as he is unaware and also took a detour.

2. The bus started at 5 pm from pune was supposed to reach at 7:40 pm to bhopal which actually reached at 5:30 in the evening. Do you really think it was great spending 24 hours in the bus whose ac was not working because either you can reach in 24 hours or it will be 28 because bus cannot take load ac doesn’t work.

3. Do you think it is acceptable that there was no breakdown of bus no such traffic and we were 9-10 hours late what does that mean you didn’t verify the operators before listing them.

4. I booked ticket for 3150/- and got a refund of 315/- do you really think that i am doing this for money so you will give me this chillar i want the operators to understand that it makes a normal man suffer by not doing your job properly sending those people on the bus who don’t know the route. I want full refund for my satisfaction so that the operator knows how it feels to suffer.

5. I missed my train in which i was having a reserved seat and had to travel in general with my luggage. Being a girl i know how it feels to travel in general so that inconvenience is different.

6. If you cannot refund me the full amount let me know your account number i will transfer 315/- to you so you could improve your service.

I book bus on 8.8.2018.That time bus has been cancelled i request for my refund amount still i am not get .Already i request so many times no response from your end already two months over .Please take necessary step and redund my amount .
