I have informed to driver and got down for toilet in Tumakur toll and he left without waiting for me (he mentioned when I met him later that he forgot in that toll tension). I did not get the driver number. The bus tracking link was not working. I have tried all the numbers which were there in the ticket but none of them were working though its mentioned as 24/7 helpline. I got in touch with RedBus support team but they also could not reach SRS. I took ksrtc later to Shimoga for Rs. 400. All this happened around 12:30AM but later around 3AM driver called and asking where am I. Very irresponsible and lier. THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR IS SERIOUSLY BAD FOR EVERYONE.
