We booked non-ac sleeper in kpn travels from madurai to bangalore 8.45 pm bus, the bus not started until 10 clock, then they told bus got repair so they arranged seater and asked as to change.. We booked for old lady and small child seater is not possible to travel.. Manager is not picking call.. Cheaters.. This is not happening for the first time. They are cheating again and again.
