[Resolved] Redbus — lied volvo sleeper bus failure and offered seater bus in the mid night. | |
Hi, I've booked ac sleeper on dec 19, 2017 but at midnight the driver asked us to board another seater bus. When i asked they said speak to the srs office or red bus regarding this. At last they were telling bus is failure and same some set of peoples were transferred from sleeper to seater bus near salem. To fill the seats they played a drama and spoiled our full night sleep. And nowadays they started cheating innocent peoples like this. If we ask any question they are behaving very rude. Kindly take a necessary action on this.
