[Resolved] Redbus — misbehaviour of driver | |||||
This is to inform that our trip experience was horrible as we waited at the petrol pump for around 3-4 hours at night and there was no one to help from red bus as well as the agency. About this we spoke to Mr. Jagdish(customer care team) as well as Punit mehta and explained the whole scenario. The driver was very rude and he tried to trick us. Speedometer was also not working. On asking about the Speedometer, he started abusing us. When we told we talked to rebus about this he told it's not his problem as this is his vehicle and we have to give full Rs. 3000 for refilling the tank as it was beyond your policy. We were ready to pay Rs. 2000 but he started threatening us and was not letting us go . More over he also called police. Agency was also not helping us. We asked for the replacement of driver or cab but no one helped us. We have given overall Rs.5475 (advance-, 975 petrol-2500 petrol - 2000) also we need the reimbursement of local bus ticket of 1340 and cab fare which is 1080 as we have paid . I am attaching all the bills here. We want the full reimbursement from red bus. If you want I can also share you the audio recording between Mr. Jagdish, Mr punnet, bus agency and mine.
