[Resolved] Redbus — Mishandling with female passengers | |||||
Very poor in commitments and service offered, booked seat was not given in the bus, single female passengers handling is very pathetic, no one is there to solve the issues, male passengers book tickets in the name of female, should not go for it.. conductor in the bus also do watever they want and they don't reply to calls.. everything is shown in a way that they are very serious in their work but its only to fool the passengers.. a big no... ticket booked at red bus but red bus didn't took ownership on the travelling date.. spoken on all of its numbers offered, all numbers were picked but no seroiusness seen they only say that ur complain is registered but no one actually looks at it.. spoken to mr. nitin also who said he is the owner but he also took it casually.. below message also comes on travelling time but its only a name sake..
