[Resolved] Redbus — money deducted from my account but no ticket booked.. and no refund yet | |||||
Redbus service is going hilariously down... Whenever i book the ticket it never doesnt get booked in a try.. Money gets deducted and the message "sorry we could not book" is very heartbreaking. Recently 26/27 feb i booked the ticket from khambhalia to bhavnagar and the same happened and even yesterday i tried to book the same but no improvement... I lost my money two times... And i m not yet refunded.. Kindly help to resolve my concern. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Last day date 21/02/2020 royal cruiser cancelled i have booked another buss from my end.But till now i am not getting back my money..Please solved it as soon as possible complaint number 13153481.If is that possible get back my money at your end ok but i will escalate the reason to the higher authority.Please be careful thanks
