[Resolved] Redbus — money deducted from paytm bhim upi but redbus say transaction failed | |||
While booking ticket on redbus ticket transaction failed message shown but money get deducted. Redbus care told me will get refund in 7 days but now it is more than 11 daya still i didn't get any amount back. I connected paytm for this they showing transaction was successful and waiting for merchant reply. I kindly request you to take action on it and try to refund my amount 1750 to my account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
