[Resolved] Redbus — money deducted without ticket booking | |||
I have booked my ticket from pune to nagpur for 8.29 pm, 10th april, 2019, wednesday. I booked two tickets and the total transaction was for rs. 2599. However, when i made the payment online from google pay, the money was deducted and the ticket was not booked. I request you to initiate my refund immediately otherwise i will not hesitate from approaching the consumer court with this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
