Redbus — Money got deducted but failed to book the bus ticket

Dear Redbus, I booked bus ticket from chennai to Karaikal using Rebus today for 2 member and paid money using PayUMoney. I got payment success message from PayUMoney but seats doesn't get booked. Please verify and return my money back. Bank: HDFC Amount: 1225/- Merchant Id: 59723785 Payment Id : 84595209 Date: 22 Dec 15, 07:22 PM
