Redbus — Money has not been credited

I have booked a ticket online in red bus for Universal travels from Pondicherry to Chengannur on 12th July 2015 morning around 6.10 am. The journey was for the same date. Ticket has not been booked but money has been deducted from my bank acnt and till now it is not been credited to my account.
