[Resolved] Redbus — money is not refunding in thangam travels | |||||
I was booked the tickets on 04.11.18 in thangam travels through red bus for going to my home town(madurai) from coimbatore . I was waiting for the bus. At that time they called me and told like they don't have the service and he told the bus was in workshop so we cannot continue your travel and he told like he promise to send me the refund amount with in 5. 11.18 afn. But he delayed my refund amount and he telling like he will transfer the amount on 7.11.18. I am not sure he will transfer the amount or not. Please take a necessary steps to address this issue.
