[Resolved] Redbus — need refund | for ticket booking | |||
Redbus mobile app for android showed me booking failed error message 2 times when i booked but later both tickets where confirmed. Now i have 2 tickets for hoshangabad to indore for today 1) 3:45pm 2) 6.20pm For same 4 people. When i am asking for refund they are saying you booked from 2 different email id. My concern is why the app was showing incorrect error message. If this message was not shown i wouldn't have booked another ticket for same 4 people. Ticket nos. On 7 July 2019 I booked a seat from Kullu to Haridwar booking amount 1000 the amout has been deducted from my account but i did not received any ticket and server shows sorry your ticked has not been bookedand that amount has been refunded to me in 72 hrs till now i did not receive any amout of refund
