[Resolved] Redbus — no notification and no refund | |||
Booked a tkt from REDBUS app on 10/02/2020 for TATA - RANCHI. Today on 11/02/2020 at 7.10 am when I arrived at boarding point I learnt that bus got cancelled. I asked the agent there he told bus is cancelled, no need to worry your amount will be refunded automatically. (copy of tkt attached) So I took other bus at the same time for TATA-RANCHI from SARASWATI TRAVELS. (copy attached) Is this the service they are providing. This is the 3rd grade service. Even by the time of bus departure time I wasn't notified about the bus cancellation. Then I raised an issue regarding this via their app helpline. But of no use. (chat conversation attached) If this is the service they are providing for online booking no one will ever book a tkt from their site or app. And I'm not gonna recommend anyone to use their site or app to book tkts after such a horrible experience.
