[Resolved] Redbus — No Refund after 25 days | |
I have tried to Book Kolkata to Balurghat Bus in New Dolphin Travels on 2/10/2020 amounting Rs.1685/- at 12.42 pm. Ticket was booking through Phonepay. Rs1685/- has been deducted from my account, but ticket not booked. I have lodged complaint many times. But everytime i have got assurance from your executives that i will get refund with 5-7 Bank Working days which is now seems FALSE PROMISES for Last 22 Days. Case ID No.14456811.Ms Poornima called me and promised me to give refund within 24 hrs...but All are FRAUDs including Executives...No Promises keeps by Redbus employees. They are harassing me for last 25 days by different means. I need Justice. Till now, i have not got any refund. Was this information helpful? | |
