[Resolved] Redbus — no refund after cancellation of ticket | |||||
The purpose of this email is to bring to your notice about this particular issue. I have booked a bus from hyderabad to coimbatore but i have cancelled it on 9th august, 2018. One day before the journey and redbus.in have initiated the refund. Payment mode used was upi., the refund email said "the amount will reflect in your bank account or wallet used for payment within 2-7 working days" Below are the ticket details. Ticket number (Tin): tm8x34548566 From: hyderabad To: coimbatore Date of journey: 10/08/2018 Cases raised so far without proper or satisfactory reply 5086015 5014912 5105166 5105168 5105167 5139970 Even today if i call the customer care, they ask me to wait for 7 working days for a refund. Please send my money return back I have booked a ticket but it is failed money was deducted but ticket was failed till now there is no refund it was over15days
