Redbus — no refund even after one month | |
Had tried to book a ticket on dec12th, 2018 via redbus application and i had used google pay as payment option. The amount rs.1573 was debited from my bank account and the same was deposited into redbus bank account. But the ticket booking had failed due to technical issues at their end. I had lodged a complaint and also provided all the details including my upi transaction id for that payment for refunding my amount, but they are not refunding it yet even after one month. I had called their customer care and also emailed them several times including yesterday. They are saying that it will be resolved within one day, and then nothing happens after that..
