[Resolved] Redbus — no refund or resolution on bus cancelled | |||||
My bus from kumbakonam to chennai on[protected] on srm transports was cancelled due to bus breakdown. The bus operator called and told me that you can apply on redbus as the bus was cancelled. But no proper response from redbus as i was cheated out of my money. I tried to raise a complaint and tried i couldn't contact redbus. No response on app. No mail for my mail and no callback came from redbus. I lost my money on the ticket. The case req id: 11303939 Was this information helpful? | |||||
