Redbus — No support for customer care in cancellation the bus ticket

Dear Team,
This is a challenge I have been facing with the cancellation of my Bus Ticket from RedBus for Bus Transport Kadamba Transport Corporation.
I have been trying to cancel my bus ticket from the RedBus portal cancel option at 2pm today and I received a message cannot cancel, contact [protected]. This number is not functional. Tried to cancel from another site of RedBus and gave me the following numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]. Number [protected] belongs to Kadamba Transport and they say contact RedBus, we cannot help you. The other 2 numbers ([protected], [protected]) not functional.
I am requesting for cancellation and my refund of my ticket. The ticket no. is INV5Q37500428 and for today 28th April 6:45pm (from sion).
